Who can use Freshot
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Your photos and edits
- Your photos stay yours. You only give us permission to process a photo, and the words of an edit, to create the result you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Only use photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, make sure you are allowed to edit and share it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Freshot to:
- create nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images of anyone, or any image of a minor in a sexual or harmful context;
- create images meant to deceive, harass, bully, defame or impersonate a real person, or to pass off an edited image as a genuine record of an event;
- create content that is illegal, hateful or violent, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- break, overload or get around the app's limits, protections or payments.
The app refuses some requests automatically. We may suspend or stop access for anyone who breaks these rules.
AI results
Results are created by artificial intelligence and can be inaccurate or unexpected; they may change details, faces or objects. Check a result before you share or rely on it. You are responsible for how you use and share what you create. If a result looks wrong or inappropriate, report it from the result's ⋯ menu.
Credits, subscriptions and purchases
- AI edits use credits. New users get a few free credits once per device.
- Subscriptions give credits every month. Monthly credits reset at the start of each month and do not roll over. Credits bought in packs do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. If an edit fails, its credits are returned.
- Purchases are made through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies and your legal rights.
- If you delete your data or your subscription ends, unused monthly credits are lost.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Freshot running and may change, add or remove styles and features. The app needs an internet connection for AI edits and can sometimes be unavailable.
Liability
Freshot is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Freshot after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of your local consumer law. Questions: business@digitforgelimited.com
